Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Seoul Revs & Road Tuning. By accessing our workshop or utilizing our high-performance tuning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern Seoul Revs & Road Tuning’s relationship with you in relation to our services.

1. Performance Tuning Risks

Automotive performance tuning, including engine remapping, exhaust modifications, and suspension upgrades, involves modifying a vehicle beyond its original factory specifications. Seoul Revs & Road Tuning is not liable for any mechanical failures that occur as a result of pre-existing conditions or the inherent strain placed on components by increased power output. The client acknowledges that tuning may void manufacturer warranties.

2. Compliance and Legality

It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that any modifications performed (e.g., decat exhaust systems, ECU remaps) comply with the local laws of the Republic of Korea and road safety regulations. Certain track-focused modifications may render the vehicle illegal for use on public highways.

3. Payment and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all custom fabrication and specialized parts ordering. Full payment is due upon completion of work and prior to vehicle release. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Shop Policies and Safety

For safety reasons, customers are strictly prohibited from entering the workshop area while work is in progress unless accompanied by a staff member. Seoul Revs & Road Tuning is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle during service.

5. Warranties on Custom Work

We provide a 12-month craftsmanship warranty on custom fabrication. This does not cover wear and tear, abuse, track-related damage, or modifications performed by third parties after our service. Electronic components and performance parts are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty policies.
